Pete Ricci

Peter Ricci is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building, leading and growing businesses across various industries. He currently built, launched, and is operating a home goods brands called Below 60, while serving as the Managing Director at Moov Group, a company that acquires, advises, and operates businesses with high growth potential.

Peter has a proven track record of delivering P&L results, improving sales and operations processes, and developing and executing strategies that drive innovation and customer satisfaction.

He is also the co-founder of MANTL, Inc., a premium lifestyle brand that empowers men to embrace hair loss through skincare, community, and content. Peter is passionate about building brands that resonate with consumers and create positive social impact.

He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and studied luxury goods from SDA Bocconi in Milan. He received a Bachelor of Science from the US Military Academy, West Point. He is also a decorated veteran who served as an officer in the US Army and earned a Bronze Star and a Meritorious Service Medal, with two combat tours in Iraq in 2003 and 2005.
