Peter has a proven track record of delivering P&L results, improving sales and operations processes, and developing and executing strategies that drive innovation and customer satisfaction.
He is also the co-founder of MANTL, Inc., a premium lifestyle brand that empowers men to embrace hair loss through skincare, community, and content. Peter is passionate about building brands that resonate with consumers and create positive social impact.
He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and studied luxury goods from SDA Bocconi in Milan. He received a Bachelor of Science from the US Military Academy, West Point. He is also a decorated veteran who served as an officer in the US Army and earned a Bronze Star and a Meritorious Service Medal, with two combat tours in Iraq in 2003 and 2005.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, John actively engages in Governance, serving on various boards for the past 15 years. His commitment extends to not-for-profit board service, driven by a sense of duty to the community and fellow citizens.
